With the considerable and steady development of cigarette industry, the constant addition of retailers and the expansion of the distribution scale, the demand for the capability of logistics distribution from cigarette distribution center is put forward in a higher level. However at present a lot of problems exist in the process of cigarette distribution, for example the lack of supervision in business operation and the inflexibility of distribution lines. This thesis analyzes these problems and studies cigarette distribution systems in different distribution centers. We find that the existing cigarette distribution systems focus their attention on the construction of central control system, but distribution vehicles as discrete individuals lack the termination system to communicate with the distribution center. Based on the research of the Internet of things, this thesis puts forward the proposal that develop the mobile termination system on the platform of Android。By this way,we can implement the "Three-dimensional, Six-orientation" among the distribution center, retailers and distribution vehicles.Firstly, with an analysis on both hardware and software of Android, this thesis verifies the feasibility of system development. Then, this thesis builds the system architecture for the mobile termination system. At the same time, the feasibility of the cigarette distribution workflow is examined by means of petri-nets after it has been in-depth invested and analyzed. In addition, this thesis establishes the process model on the ARIS platform to direct delivery staff for the purpose of standardizing the business operations.After the construction of system development platform, this thesis designs and develops the main menu, describes the study and implementation of SQLite database and Web Service communication. The two core functions of this mobile termination system is presented in detail include barcode scanning and arrival reception, GIS route optimization and navigation. The design of system achieve the integration among interface, induction, data and circuit. Finally, the thesis summarizes the achievement in the research and design of mobile mermination system based on Android in cigarette distribution, indicates inadequacies in the system and gives the future research direction.
