With the development of industrial automation and system integration, the concept of management and control integration attracts more and more attention from enterprises. To achieve management and control integration, data integration is the first important problem to solve. OPC offers a standard set of interface specification, which provides efficient data access and is widely used. And most of these applications are based on the C/S mode, leading to the multi-layer process of data communication under traditional remote monitoring system of B/S mode and the real-time problems as a consequence. In accordance with these problems, people developed the communication mechanism of data stream with the center of communication module, which established the basic development framework of the remote monitoring system of the industrial control network laboratory.Based on the basic framework and combined with the software and hardware of Rockwell laboratory, people developed the remote monitoring system of B/S mode with the OPC communication and Web developing technologies. The system realizes the real-time communication with the three-layer network and controlled objects of the laboratory, and uses dynamic web to publish data, so that the data of the three-layer network and the running status of controlled objects can be showed dynamically on the web browser of the client. At the same time, the system writes the control arithmetic in the Web server, realizing the real-time control of the devices without the programming software of Rockwell.The result shows that the remote monitoring system runs in order, which achieves the integration of the three-layer network and has a good stability to monitor and control the objects in real time. Considering the openness of the real-time communication module, the system can be used in the remote monitoring of other laboratories and the real industrial environment easily.
