With the development and of the Internet, to represented by blog, personal mediadevelops rapidly, and the development of the traditional media also presents achallenge. We need a dialectical perspective to look at network public opinion, to seethe positive side of the network public opinion, but also note that the network publicopinion irrational. The positive side of the network public opinion we need tostrengthen and guided, so that the greater positive impacts surface; while for thenegative issues of the network public opinion, how to try to avoid these negativeissues, and how to analyze the development of public opinion, how can the workerscorrectly guide public opinion, these are the areas of focus of the study and practicalissues. In this paper, research on the related theories of personal media andnetworking public opinion, and on this basis, build a network of public opinion basedon personal media early warning analysis model.In this paper, I mainly use the questionnaire to obtain the necessary evaluation offive one-level indicators and twelve secondary indicators. Then use AHP model inorder of importance of each indicator and to determine the weight value, and finallymultivariate linear regression model derives from the calculation of the value ofearly warning. Eventually build a network of public opinion based on personalmedia warning analysis model, and put forward innovative early warning values, anddevelop early warning level. To validate the constructed model and the warning levelis reasonable and feasible, use "room girls" Gong Aiai event empirical to analysis themodel. From some of the typical personal media collection to the required data andinformation, using the model to arrive at the event’s public opinion developmenttrend graph, and then the actual developments and events in comparison with theactual conclusions coincide, so verification was the practical application of theconstructed model of rationality and feasibility.Finally, this paper spreads some problems for the use of personal media networkon public opinion, and put forwards some corresponding countermeasures, in anattempt to reduce the personal media flourishing on the Internet public opinion generated by the negative issues. Through the research on quantitative methods toanalyze the network of public opinion, to qualitative representation of the datasupplement, hope to help network public opinion worker better focus on the themeand focus of public opinion, to real-timely monitor the network public opinion, so thatthey can properly grasp the development trend of network public opinion.
