Circular grating sensor plays a very important role in the process of measuring theangles value of some large system such as angle controlling, commissioning and precisemeasuring. It is often used in place of the complex environment, such as aerospace,long-range missiles, satellites and aircraft, national defense, where it is used as measuringangles value of directors and controlling system. It is an important measuring and controllingequipment of the servo system.In this paper the design of Based on PCI bus circular grating measuring angle signalprocessing system is developed, which receives the multi-parameter angle cosine form signalmeasured from gratings code salver sensors at real-time. Then these cosine signals arereshaped, subdivided, processed, and eventually precise angle value signals are outputted.The thesis discusses the process and principle of producing cosine waveform in thegratings code salver sensors, and the principle of moiré-fringe. And on this basis, the circuitboard of based on PCI bus gratings of Angle measuring signal processing system is designed.Firstly, these signals are subdivided and reformed by discrete elements such as the LM339components. Secondly, these signals are further subdivided, times frequency, caused, countedby CPLD chip. Finally the calculated precise angle signals are outputted through the PCI9054interface chip. In this design, QuartusⅡ software is used to verify the feasibility of the designand simulate result. And then in the circuit board, we test the actual results which are as thesame as the result of theoretical derivation and simulation.The Circular grating measuring angle signal processing system, can handle four wayssignals from circular grating sensor, such as the big direction, the big pitching, the smalldirection and the small pitching. Finally, the angle value every signal represented can beworked out accurately through the communication and controlling between the CPLD chipand PCI bus.
