In order to cooperate with National Quality &Technology Inspection Bureau and National Custom Bureau requirements about enforcing revenue management of gas station, stopping revenue leakage and optimizing rectification work of petrol market,we design a measurement system for motor vehicles filling petrol, during filling petrol using a unique monitoring software which having custom controlling function, called custom controlling petrol filling petrol machine(CCPFPM).This topic uses special monitoring micro-controller SK-V1 of (CCPFPM) and W78E516BP chip as count micro-controller to design computer controller of (CCPFPM).CCPFPM is consisted of Flux meter, Electromagnetism Valve, Monitor, Petrol gun, switch, sensor, computer, screen and keyboard etc. The electronic part of filling petrol machine is composed of power module, custom control module, interface module, switch, control module, sensor, display module, keyboard, keyboard display and RTC etc. Count micro-controller is the core of controller, monitoring micro-controller which is produced under the uniform national inspection is the core of custom control module. Through communication interface, count micro-controller and monitoring micro-controller cooperate each other to control the normal function of CCPFPM. When filling petrol inputs the control data of filling petrel by keyboard at first. The count micro-controller first sends data to micro-controller to display, then setups engine, then engine drives petrol pump to fill petrol. Flux meter rotation generates count pulse signal (each pulse signal represents a certain volume petrol).When monitoring micro-controller senses normal run of transform machine, count pulse signal is input to count micro-controller and monitoring micro-controller respectively, transformed by phase comparison algorithm. After rectification arithmetic and constant transform, relevant data is saved to count memory and custom monitoring memory respectively, at the same time display filling petrol data.
