Thought analyzing and studying on archival culture and cultural ecological system, archival culture ecosystem has been defined as following:it is the external environment in which archival culture runs and develops, including natural environment, economic form, cultural structure, political system, as well as relationship formed in the process of interaction with it. The relationship plays a crucial role in the survival and development of archival culture. By analyzing the causes of traditional Chinese archival culture ecosystem and getting the accurate advantages and disadvantages of its characteristics in order to get control with an object in view, finally effective ways to strengthen controling archival culture ecosystem are obtained, by which to service the development of archival culture better.
