Therefore, the opportunities for communicating which arebrought in different methods especially through the informationised way to schoolmates,seem to be an important concentration in regular alumni work.It is the high time that Chengdu College of UESTC has been open for ten years.The establishment of this alumnus network offers an excommunicating access forthousands of graduated schoolmates, making the celebration more like a festival. Thethesis begins with the analyzing requirements of alumni network of Chengdu College,goes on with the collection of various opinions from schoolmates in different places,and defines the concrete framework of this system according to the current actualconditions. The contents are composed of several parts related to schoolmates, includingnews, advertisements of affairs, brilliance of them, collection of names, album,donations, playbacks, enterprises and so on. The searching and questionnaire in thissystem is an peculiar item. Every one of the users can communicate with each otherthrough logging in the alumni network, with the help of information in this system. Thequestionnaire is a kind of way to acquire dynamic requirements of schoolmates indifferent aspects in order to optimize the regular alumni work.The framework in this system uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other networktechnologies, runs on the architecture of ThinkPHP, codes with the PHP language. Theestablishment of topology and physical architecture is based on the whole campusnetwork, which designs systematical database with MySQL. The layout of the systemfront stage and the control of the system back stage are unified in a same style anddeploying method, in order to satisfy the large-scale synchronous access, and now,meets the predetermined requirements after testing.
