With the key technologies of internet, wedesign and development a system of RSS reading, make user book the RSS as they wantand base these RSSs we will push the information to the user, to get the user s requirement,increase the agreement of the users, decrease the time of search and improve the effective.we first analyzed the development and the characteristics of RSS, the technologyrelative, and make sure that it could be done. The powerful function of the framework ofThinkPHP makes it easy to realize the system and make it flexible.In the design, we adopt the MVC design patterns to achieve separation of the contentand business logic. Also we use the template make the fronted end and logics separated,decreased the relations and improved the development effective.At last, we introduce the several key problems in details, include: how to get thesystem environment ready, how to realize the tree menu, how to realize the RSS parse,how to draw the pic and so on.
