For bringing all advantage of campus-wide information system into playand improve efficiency with modern tools, it’s important to develop powerful andeasy-to-use software to manage student’s information in colleges.This thesis puts the teaching management process of Hotan Teachers College onsearching background, represents the design process of educational administrationsystem based on B/S pattern with the technology of ASP.NET and Web database, aswell as considering important factors such as practicability, easy-to-use, safety,sustainable, extensible and so on.This system takes full advantages of Internet/Intranet technology and ASP.NET,Microsoft SQL Server2005, Centers the variety of applications on application server.This system adopts the three-layer B/S pattern: client, web server and database server.This B/S pattern uses only the standard browser to get access to the application storedon Web application server, to go to the data connection of the database server to store orget the data resources through the application server.This is a synthesized multifunctional system of subject information management,course information management, teacher information management, student informationmanagement, classroom information management, course arrangement, scoremanagement, statistical analysis and online searching.The system has the features of flexible, practical and convenient.
