Design And Implementation Of Shaanxi Province Coal Production Enterprises Monitoring Management System

With the development of the construction of computerized tax administration, various application systems have been used for tax management. Those application systems produce a great number of databases which establish a solid foundation for the data mining, analysis and recycle. In order to implement "the computerized tax administration" principal of state bureau of taxation, and enhance the management of coal resources, Shaanxi province state bureau of taxation designed and developed "Shaanxi coal producing enterprises VAT administration system". This system will monitor and manage the daily production and operation of coal enterprises and computerize the evaluation process of taxation.After deep investigation and analysis of daily production and operation of Coal production enterprises, according to the practical operation,"Shaanxi province coal production enterprises monitoring management system" has been designed and developed. This system has realized the following three core functions:to monitor and supervise the daily production and management data and tax declaration data; to analysis and process daily management data to monitor tax payment of coal producing enterprise; bring VAT management of coal production enterprises into computerized management.This essay starts from the background and significance of system development, the relevant theory and technology, and mainly introduces the system need analysis, design, and test process. According to the software design specification and by adopting the MVC software design mode and using B/S system, based on the J2EE framework,"Shaanxi coal producing enterprises VAT administration system" was constructed. Web logic was used for the application server and Oracle9i was used for database. By using VAT management information, taxpayer and the third party data information, this system can enhance the daily supervision and monitoring system of coal enterprises.
