The coal and the rock outburst are one of most serious natural disasters in coal mine. Along with national coal industrial structure adjustment and location of production transformation, The coal mine safety production presented some new difficulties and the characteristic in the new time. In order to deal with the new question which in the coal mine safety appears unceasingly, The coal safety work development's key point how to use high technology and new technology solve the key technologies problem which in the coal mine significant disaster, Enhances the coal mine disaster integrated control ability, And the most important attack key is the forecast technology of studying the coal and the gas outburst region and the outburst intensity.For making the forecast accurately to the coal and the rock outburst region and supplying the precise forecast information for the mine staff, first this article elaborates the development present situation of mine pressure and coal and rock outburst, and researches the key technologies of presenting in figures and diagrams to monitor mine pressure and the AutoCAD re-development. Through analysis microseism observation system's principle of work as well as mathematical theory foundation of digital elevation model. Then proposed the use present world advanced microseism observation system carries on the gathering memory to the microseism data, through carries on the analysis computation based on the digital elevation model's terrain analysis algorithm to the gathering data, and recombination AutoCAD re-development technology realizes figures and diagrams process data, thus may makes the accurate forecast to the coal and the gas outburst region. Finally take Visual Basic6.0 as the tool of programming, carries on the re-development using ActiveX to AutoCAD, constructed the real-time monitor system of mine pressure and coal or rock outburst which based on the C/S pattern successfully, realized the graph two dimensional display, the reproduce by pantograph, and three dimensional solid display microseism space position, vibration strength, tunnel working surface position, warning position, three-dimensional contour. And may the dynamic demonstration mining coal working surface progress change as well as establishment and processing of highlights to the coal or rock outburst has the warning.After the practice examination indicated not only the real-time monitor system of mine pressure and coal or rock outburst may succeed carries on the real-time accurate forecast to the danger of the coal and rock outburst, but also use coal mine AutoCAD design paper more effectively and preserve the related precious material in the mining process. Causes the informationization is closer to actual situation of coal mine, raises the coal mine informationization level greatly.
