The Missile Telemetry Equipment is an important part of the aircraft,which gathering various state parameter of the aircraft and environmentparameters in flight test.After the flight test, researchers can improve the designdefects through the analysis of these parameters, which accelerate the progressof equipment, and this shows the importance of the telemetry equipment. Thispaper designs a kind of equivalent test system, providing a comprehensive testwith each unit of Missile Telemetry Equipment. In addition to providingmulti-channel analog signal, digital signal and switch signal to telemetryequipment measured, this equipment provides the closed-loop test with the CANnode, which can simulate the communication between onboard CAN node andground CAN node of the equipment tested. The test system simulate thecommunication of onboard CAN node for the equipment tested by providing theCAN signal source to the onboard CAN node of the equipment tested, and thenreceiving the data from the ground CAN node. It can verify the onboard CAN node of the equipment tested through the data received, and check the groundCAN node by sending the opposite CAN signal source to the equipment testedand receiving the data from the onboard CAN node.This paper based on the engineering projects design the overall scheme ofthe test system according to the technical indicators for the task, and illustratethe design process and work flow by hardware circuit design, software design,logic control, implementation process,and communication protocol. Thehardware part mainly introduce the hardware design of the USB for interfacecircuit and CAN node.The software part mainly introduce the systemcommunication protocol, the logic control design of the USB bus, the logiccontrol between C8051and FPGA, the communication protocols of CAN busnode and the software design of the CAN node.According to the index, I build the test platform, which help test the designof the test system. The test results show that the test system can meet theTelemetry Equipment in terms of functional integrity and reliability ofperformance, and that this designing method achieves the goal.It can greatlyimprove the level of production and quality inspection for the Telemetry telemetry system,short the development cycle of the Missile TelemetryEquipment, and reduce the cost of research for Missile Telemetry Equipment.
