Human Resources Management System Analysis And Design

In these years, the development of civil aviation is rapid. Due to the sharp increase of flights, especially, requirements of air traffic management service also increase dramatically. Recently, this is an inevitable tendency that air traffic management bureau needs more staffs than ever before.In order to fulfill these requirements of development in the area of human resource management, a system had been designed for Air Traffic Management Bureau. Firstly, the models of software engineering and related techniques were analyzed in this thesis. The comparison and analysis between features of this software system and these techniques were made. Then, every professional part of the software system was designed after finished the incisive requirements analysis in Human Resource Department. And the event flows also were given. E-R model was adopted in this thesis to analyze and design the database of this system. Several convenient and innovative function-models were designed in this software system, they can fulfill clients’requirements of utility. B/S architecture was adopted in this software system, it is very convenient for users and system’s upgrade in the future. In addition, the important data of human resource can be well-organized. Lastly, all contents of this thesis were concluded, and the developmental direction of this kind of software system was indicated.
