Dynamic Channel Allocation (DCA), one of the key technologies of TD-SCDMA, has the advantages of suppressing the interference, minimizing the channel reuse distance, and thus, utilizes the finite radio resource with greater efficiency and improves the capacity of the system. Using DCA is the superiority of TDD system. First the article introduces DCA and the problem DCA needs to overcome briefly, and then DCA algorithms suitable for TD-SCDMA system are proposed.Usually DCA is divided into Slow-DCA and Fast-DCA. According to the frame characteristic of TD-SCDMA system, scheme out a sort of efficient, applied Slow-DCA method, It is very helpful to solve the low level spectrum utilization problem in the situation of asymmetric business. The Hot-Cell Slow-DCA is firstly analyzed and simulated, The simulation results show that the system resource utilization rate is improved much more significantly than that without slotted adjustment. But the results also show the limited performance of the algorithm. With Two-Cell model, we study the reason of the poor performance theoretically and make it better. And the Fasy-DCA can enhance the service quality of users, decrease the cross timeslot interference between users, so the resource efficiency is improved greatly, meet the demands of TD-SCDMA. Base on Slow-DCA, an improved boundary strategy dynamic channel allocation (MB DCA) scheme applicable for the system was proposed, which is a mixed data rate and small grouping borrowed MB DCA scheme. This scheme can solve the problem of low channel borrowed efficiency in the case of mixed data rate, make MB strategy more flexible, and improve system capability through small grouping borrowed. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can update data service capability and increase channel utilization efficiency without affecting voice service performance.
