In this paper, two-dimensional different conditions sea surfaces are simulated withtwo-dimensional JONSWAP and PM sea spectrum model by the Monte Carlo method. The atmospheric transmittance in the visible and infrared bands are calculated byModtran4.0, and computational analysis of the spectral irradiance of the sun and sky atdifferent observation heights, different seasons, different bands, at different times underdifferent geographical locations. Combination of sea surface infrared radiation theory, the characteristics of the infrared radiation of sea in the infrared and far infrared isnumerical calculated and analyzed; The infrared radiance of sea is mapped to each pixelof the detector, the3-5μm and8-12μm band sea surface infrared radiation Graphics issimulated out in different wind speeds and different temperatures. According to roughsurface scattering theory, using shadowing function of rough surface, Geometricaloptics approximation is applied to calculate the scattering intensity of every surfaceelement on the sky of background radiation, Thus the total scattering intensity is got byadding all surface element in a certain direction.
