Design And Realization Of Documents Management System Of Public Security

Document management system is an important part of the E-governmentadministration construction. Development and application of it has become the primarycontent of government information for the party and government organs at all levels.Taking into account the special nature of the actual document management business inthe public security organs, currently available document management software is not upto our requirement needs; therefore there is urgent need to develop a set of documentmanagement system to adapt to the characteristics of the public security organs documentflow.In this paper, document flow and identity certification in document management areanalyzed and designed for applicability. The role of the network theory and the securityof document management system have been studied. Based on digital certification centerin Liaoning Province to provide the public key infrastructure (PKI) security supportsecure authentication platform, using proven web application server, implementingJAVA language as main development technology, design and implement a publicsecurity organ for internal document management system. The system uses thecombination of authentication and PKI technology, strengthens the security of documentmanagement system, and shows a strong practical value.Usage shows that the system achieved the desired design requirements. It providedmore information support to the document management of public security organs, greatlyenhanced the efficiency of document processing, and laid a good foundation for depth thework in information management of the public security organs.
