With the development of computer and network technology, primary and secondaryeducation system and mode of education is undergoing major changes. The traditional modeof teaching teachers teach teachers based on their own experience of the stage as the mediumof instruction, and regardless of the progress of teaching and teaching depth for eachstudent.Multimedia education as a new means of teaching, and take full advantage of thelatest computer technology, multimedia technology, network technology, more and morevivid image data show the teaching, and teaching across time and space constraints, showinggreat flexibility and interactivity. Build, share educational information using a computer andnetwork vigorously promote quality education resources and applications. In this context,explore research a through multimedia network technology for schools, student services,interactive platform, it can complement traditional teaching and online education modefunction, in order to strengthen the links between schools and the establishment of theMultimedia Education Resource Library and sharing of resources.This paper first analyzes the construction background, goals and content of multimediaeducation for children, as well as the teaching platform application status at home and abroad,and the overall level of multimedia teaching resource library construction. According totoday’s syllabus of this study and design a set of multimedia for primary and secondaryeducation interactive platform, the platform target is divided into two areas: on-campusservices and after-school services, including of ten subsystems as well as a resource library:General multimedia teaching sub-subsystem of the system disciplines multimedia teaching,professional building subsystems, the construction of quality courses and assessmentsubsystem, digital multimedia teaching resource database management subsystem, videomultimedia teaching resources in the production and management subsystem, videoconferencing and interactive multimedia teaching subsystem experimental curriculum/designguidance subsystem, the demonstration school thematic and educational the multimediateaching publicity subsystem, the unified portal management subsystem and digitizedmultimedia teaching resource library. Subsystems and repository design and implementprograms.Building goals, system architecture, system design principles, system functions, structure, implementation plan, the the multimedia teaching interactive platform for the design andimplementation of programs, the school curriculum and the needs of users of the parties to thecharacteristics of multimedia education, designfor multimedia teaching to JAVAEE interactiveplatform software architecture, hardware requirements and system software requirements, the useof B/S model, component architecture design to ensure scalability and extensibility of theplatform to ensure the upgrade and maintenance of the platform as well asand a seamlesscombination of other subsystems. In the same time, the paper also describes the system designinvolves a number of related technologies, and manage word system specific matters described indetail.Finally, multimedia teaching children to design interactive platform into the trial, the testresults show that this platform multimedia teaching, instant communication between students andteachers, links between schools and parents have improved academic performance of studentswith significanthelp to prove the feasibility and replicability of the platform, and finally the outlook ofthe next step of the platform.
