Upon the issuance of the National Program for Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development (2010-2020), the study of the platform for educational resources development, application and sharing based on network technique is attracting more and more attention from the education industry. This thesis studies the kind of teaching resources sharing platform that is based on B/S mode and applies MySQL database and JSF+Spring+Hibernate (JSH) integration development framework, and comes up with a design proposal for the teaching resources sharing platform on the basis of the embedded optimization of video capture systems. On one hand, adopting CMOS image sensor MT9T001 at the front end, utilizing TMS320DM642 as the main processor, applying coding scheme H.264 and transmitting content through Ethernet. This brings about a video capture system guaranteeing a high design cost performance, high transmission rate and high image resolution, which can provide rich and quality video resources for teaching resources sharing platform, on the other hand, proposing a teaching resources sharing platform based on B/S mode, adopting JSF+Spring+Hibernate(JSH) integration framework and MySQL database and comes out with a detailed design in view of the framework, assembly and functional modules of the platform. This proposal builds a powerful, user-friendly and efficient teaching resources network sharing platform.Through test, this platform proves to be convenient for use, reliable in performance and high in efficiency. And it is an open and applicable platform for collecting and sharing quality teaching resources videos. The establishment of the platform can strengthen the development and application as well as the popularization and sharing of quality educational resources. This thesis mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey, investigation and interviewing, literature research and practice research. The first innovation of this thesis lies in its novel subject. At present, there is little literature on the joint research of teaching resources capture and resource sharing. The second innovation is its innovative system function, e.g. the images captured by the designed DSP video capture system is very distinct in quality, and is superior in the transmission rate on internet. Also, it optimizes not only the system performance of MySQL to realize efficient retrieval, but the system framework to promote the system performance.
