Nowadays, in the background of the rapid development of new technologies,represented by web and mobile, the media has come to a new age of “all-media”. Inthe age of all media, traditional media and new media converged and developed. As atypical representative of traditional media, the newspaper groups have embarked ontransformation of being “all-media” after several years running in response to theevolution of newspaper groups business and the new media market demand.This paper, based on the theory of organizational change in the study of theorganizational management, described the integration and features of “all-media”,comprehensively analyzes the reason of newspaper transformation, points out theorganizational change is the inevitable choice in the age of all media. The article hasbuilding a full and four-dimensional path of organizational change which containsfour dimensions of the organizational process reengineering, organizationalrestructure, organizational personnel changes and organizational culture changes.Article says: The key of organizational process changes is building the “all-media”technology platform, designing a new “all-media” process and building the“all-media” industry value chain. Changes in organizational structure should beorganized in the deconstruction of the traditional newspaper groups and constructedthe flat, flexible, virtual, and team-oriented “all-media” organizational structure,which mainly include content centers, operation centers, administrative centers,Changes in organizational person should be organized in the changing ofpersonnel thinking and the exploitation of personnel talent. Changes in organizationalperson can cultivate the “all-media” operations personnel, technical personnel andjournalist to satisfy the needing of transformation. Vision of the draw on planningtheory, the goal of organizational culture change is to create "people-oriented,continuous learning, innovation and development, pluralistic and inclusive culture".The article try to find the way to cultivate this culture. The article has analyzed thepractice of the newspaper groups’ organizational change in the age of all media. Inaddition to this, the article try to provide a useful reference and a broader thinking forthe newspaper groups’development in the age of all media.
