To establish a unified standard of Kazakh character set andKazakh information platform, especially the development of unified and standardcharacter encoding input method is currently the Kazakh scholar and related softwareindustry imminent task.This thesis mainly studies the Unicode encoded characters, aims to:1, unifiedKazakh character encoding;2, create a Unicode standard font;3, the development of ain various platform compatible input method;4, for future coding research anddevelopment input method to build the foundation.The main modules of the system including one combination key processingmodule, processing module, selecting processing module three modules. The system hashigh practicality, stability, and has a wide application prospect. In the system demandanalysis, the system of necessity and feasibility in detail, on the system the function ofeach module are described. In the system design, from the diagram, the establishment ofthe index table, font design and other aspects of system design, further to each modulein detail and design.Through the system, radio, newspapers, schools and other daily use of Kazakhmore units, to include the Kazakh, multilingual text processing, the establishment of aunified information platform.The system has been put into operation, function and performance to meet theneeds of users, improve the work efficiency of users, by users of praise, to meet theneeds of the use of units.
