In the process of the development of aviation industry,the flight flow has beenincreased rapidly,so the requirement to strengthen the management of flight flow ismore and more urgent. The management of air traffic flow must according to the currentrules of air traffic flow management(ATFM),mainly on the flight plan scientific flowplanning;at the same time,it can use computer system to calculate auxiliary,and makethe distributions to practice and space in flight flow is more scientific andreasonable,thus it can guarantee the smooth flow of flght and air traffic safety,and makegood use of existing airspace resources to the maximum extent,finally achievereasonable configuration of resources.The main content of this studying is division status of flight route traffic flow.Simultaneously according to the existing airspace resources,this paper makes somesuggestions on air traffic flow management problems.In this paper believe that usingcomputer-aided decision-making can solve this problem,by calculating flight traffic anytime of the restricted units,people can get the valueeak periods and the associatedcrowded area,and recommend appropriate adjustment measures,this problem can makebalance of flight demand and flight capacity.This paper carried out preliminary design in the implementations ofcomputer-aided decision-making software and information processing to air traffic flowmanagement, studied some realization of ideas in flow calculates statistics and conflictforecast and the related calculations, proposed slot insert method of conflictadjustment,and conducted simulation and verification by selecting conflictinginformation queries, inserting casual overtime information and querying the intersectionof flow.This method will be great help and guidance in further depth on air trafficmanagement technology.
