Design And Implementation Of Community Health Information Management System Based On MVC

In recent years, with the deepening of China’s health reforms, community Health becomes more and more attach importance to the parties. Regional health departments and their medical institutions have began to build community health information management system, home health care services have been provided in communities, community health service centers, community service sites and family service system have been also formed. Medical treatment is difficult and expensive issues of common concern, such as introduction of convenient measures to address community mass. These measures will solve the difficult and expensive issues of medical treatment for people. To tie in with the construction of the information of general team, we use of existing medical and health information resources and high-tech means to provide services for community health and medical management. Aims to strengthen the business standards of health and medical industry, make the health care industry will provide a more professional, accurate and efficient health services.Our topic was combined with the practical work of the management department of community health topics, though the research on the management practices of the health care industry, we were abstracted out of the health sector management model, and given the corresponding system analysis. Using the MVC framework and ExtJS realization of the system, we had finished a complete set of community health management information system. In order to achieve the strength and degree of standardization of the health sector, this system will integrate the community health and medical information management, and will give a safe and effective method of implementation management for the health sector, and it is also for ordinary people to solve medical difficult issues. In order to building a the health sector management model, our topic made a deep study of information systems design theory and implementation techniques; we analyzed the workflow of the community health department and management methods. And using a combination of Struts and Hibernate framework, and the soft foundation of the project development methodology to describe the business processes.The topic papers including system research, system analysis, system design and system implementation, and the detailed description had been given in this paper. We described nine modules of the system’s settings to achieve in this process, including outpatient charges, pharmacy storeroom modules, medical stations, the nurses’ station, hospital management, materials management, medical technology management.
