Based On The Government Information Disclosure System Of Library Extending Service Research

"The people’s Republic of China Government Information Disclosure Ordinance" promulgated by the public library, government information public service has laid a legal foundation, the government information public service as a library extension service project to analyses. First from the public library and government information disclosure of the relevant theory, to extend the service and the government information open system concepts are analyzed, and then find the service to carry out theoretical support, such as asymmetric information theory. The second is through literature reading and web survey method, to the domestic and foreign public libraries in government information publicity through the analysis of the present situation, then the government information disclosure as public library service project. The necessity and feasibility analysis, on this basis, this study found the reality basis.
