In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s higher education, the number of students is more and more, the management is more and more difficult, the traditional management models and methods have been increasingly unable to meet the new situation, which inevitably gives the university managers new and higher requirements. This needs urgently us to take active measures to promote the campus information-based construction and continuously improve management level and efficiency. As the growing importance of education informationization of the state, all colleges and universities now pay more attention to the construction of "digital campus" and hope that it can integrate with the various application systems closely and achieve the information share and fair allocation of resources, accordingly improving the quality of teaching, research and management level."Digital Campus" is based on computer and network information technology, relys on digital information, integrates with all the information management system in the campus and makes them share information through a unified data platform."Campus Card" system is an important component of the digital campus construction, also a based project of the digital campus. It involves all aspects of campus life and makes a organic integration for all the information management systems of the campus to form a school-wide digital space, and provides a comprehensive data collecting network platform for the digital campus. Through mobile phone smart card of using radio frequency identification technology,"Mobile Campus Card" makes the mobile phone business into the campus card system and extends application fields of the campus card. This can facilitate the teacher and student’s teaching, research, life, management, etc., and achieve "a phone in hand, around the campus."In Heze College, more and more students makes that management is difficult and service quality is not high. In order to resovle the problem, the thesis designs a mobile card system based on the digital campus architecture, and implements it in Heze College successfully. It is applied to the school’s restaurant, dormitory, library, computer room, shops and other places, basically realizes the target of "a phone in hand, around campus", It greatly improves service efficiency and management level of Heze College, reducing the labor intensity of staff, greatly facilitating the teaching and life of the most teachers and students. With good results, it has important practical significance.This thesis describes how to design and implement a campus mobile card systemn in the digital campus overall architecture. First, elaborating on the concepts, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, design principles and overall structure of the campus mobile card system; then, giving the solutions of library management subsystem, attendance management subsystem, consumption management subsystem, channel and access control subsystem, and misappropriating management subsystem which are associated with the campus mobile card system; then, using for reference the core ideas of KNSA (Key Node Security Architecture) security architecture to design the security mechanism of the campus mobile card system, including card management and card security, key and transaction security, server and terminal devices security, operating system and database security, network and data transmission security, anti-virus system, benefit guarantee of card holders and non-disavow; finally showing the system integration solutions, including host system, storage system and backup system. In a word, the thesis roundly shows a campus mobile card system which is mainly software integration and less hardware integration.
