Electronic commerce is a new type of Economic activity, it means enhancing economic competitiveness and optimizing the allocation of resources, and now it is popular in some developed countries. Developing agriculture electronic commerce will reduce the difficulty of communication, which is caused by long distance between parties to the transaction, in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture where the economically underdeveloped and traffic inconveniently areas. Designing a new type of contract farming module should solve the problem of transaction which have existed for many years in Xiangxi by the Xiangxi Agriculture Electronic Commerce Platform (XAECP). And the XAECP will promote economic development of local and promote the process of information construction in rural areas. The using of developed and advanced computer communication technology in agricultural area will be propitious to readjust industrial structure and bring new opportunities for agricultural economic department.This paper first studies of the theoretical background and the analytical background for the industry of this project, it point out the restricting of agricultural economy in Xiangxi, and then it defined the objective of this project is to develop the sales channels. After market research and requirement analysis, it gives a software system solution. In requirements analysis stage, there must be a clear idea about the function and quality attributes which the system should have, and it pointed out emphatically that this system needs to have the extremely high modifiability, in order to carry on the re-development in the future to the software project. So the Attribute Driver Design Method is used when designing the software architecture in the preliminary design stage, and it means that using the understanding of the relationship between quality attributes and architecture to design the software architecture. And then this paper discusses how to carry on the hierarchical design to the software in the detailed design stage, and gives a simple example of the Data Persistence Layer. At last, this paper discusses the test stage of the project for unit testing and integration testing work, and gives the number of test results.This paper presents a new idea of agricultural e-commerce and the detailed design. The project is suitable for the medium and large scale agricultural trade of enterprises and the rural collective economic organizations for the unique business model and the reliable assurance mechanisms which has produced by the designing. There should be spacious prospect in the project itself and its business.
