With the rapid development of computer and information technology, electronic commerce is being applied widely. B2B electronic commerce in China develops rapidly recently; however, due to the low application level of Internet in state companies, especially in the smaller ones, it is still in its initial stage.Comparing with the other domestic B2B electronic commerce website, Shangji net (www.118114.net), a portal site of China Telecom yellow page, has several advantages. Firstly, Shangji net bases on China yellow page corporation database, which has been managed by China Telecom for over 20 years; therefore, it has information of millions of corporations. Besides, because branches of Shangji net spread over the country, thus all the economic fields are covered and the exchange resource and information in the website is spread extensively, which makes Shangji net the real countrywide "business exchanging platform"Electronic commerce platform in Shangji net based on J2EE is a practical project joined by the author of this paper. The whole system is developed by multi-layer structure. Web layer used Struts 1.1 as the design frame; the transaction layer is organized by Service and DAO groupware and the data layer adopts IBATIS,ORACLE 9i database.The main content of the paper is about the development of Shangji net. Main technology in the developing process, such as J2EE,Spring,Ibatis,Xdoclet is firstly introduced. Then, combining with the author's main tasks in this project: "Information subscribing","Information verifying","The commercial circles managing","Data statistics" and "Background system of WAP page", the main process (demand analyze-system design-function completing), the problems in this process, their solution and the technology used to solve the problems are expatiated.
