H.264Algorithm Optimization And Its Application Of Research On DM6446

H.264video coding standard is a new generation of video compression codingstandard and has a high data of compression ratio, and it is made by ITU-T videocoding expert group and ISO/IEC expert group combinationaly. H.264effective ratioof compression is based on the enhancement of algorithm’s complexity. It used a newtechnology in h.264standard specifically. According to the complexity of thealgorithm is high about the h.264video coding standard. In this paper, it optimizedthe de-blocking filter and bit rate control algorithm respectively.And on the base ofensure the quality of the images in video and reduce complexity.(1) It introduced the principle and development of video coding technology. Andit analyzed the principle and all key technologies of h.264video coding and decodingdetailly.(2) It analyzed de-blocking filter’s principle about H.264. According to largeamount of calculation of the boundary strength’s judgment and filtering process of thede-blocking filter. This paper raised a kind of efficient de-blocking filter algorithm.The boundary strength judgment and the filtering process algorithm optimizedseparately.(3) Aiming to the quantization parameter of the image video sequence is notaccurate and the model of linear prediction only used the time correlation.This paperpresented a new algorithm of the rate control. Analyed the parameter’s informationbefore coded of the image video sequence and the complexity of the image.Andcombimed with the scanning characteristics of a image video sequence.It gave moreaccurate estimation of the image video sequence’s initial frame of the quantizationparameter and prediction of the basic unit layer of the mean absolute differencevalues.(4) Analyzed The EL-DM6446which is developed by Beijing fine instrument offilled technology Co., LTD, and usded ARM+DSP dual-core chip. DSP subsystemcan be used to deal with more complex algorithm and ARM subsystem used for thewhole configuration of the system and the control of each module and thedevelopment of application.Detailly introduced the realization about h.264algorithmbased on the Linux operating system in the DM6446hardware platform.At last this paper analyzed the subject research of some existing problems and h.264video coding algorithm of advantages and disadvantages. As to make a betterresearch I have gaven my suggestion and opinion.
