Gudong oil production plant in order to change the measurement of natural gasbehind the state, we use the standard orifice plate, smart sensors, algorithms and othertechniques for volume flow measurement of natural gas transformation. Distributedcontrol system application (DCS) approach: a centralized monitoring, distributedcontrol principle, the application of IPC-RTU structure of the data acquisition andprocessing system, the entire system based on fieldbus and communications networkbasis. Automatic measurement system consists of the entire natural gas.In the controlroom, RTU stations, base station site data, field instrument in four parts, applicationsoftware and VisualBasic MCGS configuration language compiled in WindowsNTenvironment. Responsible for field instrumentation and real-time data collected on-sitethrough on-site information into the data base will be on-site and field buscommunication network. Configuration at the job site26site data base. Each sitemanages the data base more than on-site instrumentation, is responsible for theinformation systems and instrument exchange. The data collected for each instrument, the base station must be on-site data processing, conversion before uploading to thesystem. RTU Station is the automation system a control unit, responsible for externaltransmission pumps and pump off the automatic control functions. In the control roomis the nerve center of the whole system, all the information ultimately are broughttogether to live in the control room. The system can display the entire production process flow chart and flow chart ofthe corresponding position in the dynamic display of process parameters, processparameters include: pressure, differential pressure, temperature, flow, flow acceleration, etc., to facilitate the operator’s view. For some important data, its history can bedisplayed graph. For the system in some of the important data in the configurationsoftware are set alarm, alarm and alarm points lower limit alarm. When the field databelow the lower limit set by the configuration software or above the upper limit, thesystem automatically pop-up alert window, alert staff on duty in a timely manner for processing. Can achieve a variety of production data query and print, can check-hourreport, daily report, monthly reports, annual reports and print, check the alarminformation within a certain period of time. Server consolidation and storage of allmeasurement sites, real-time data, and generate a variety of comprehensive reports, theuser can readily access historical data and historical curve preview, print out all thenecessary reports for analysis, providing a scientific basis for eadership decisions. The system has been tested in many areas, now in Gudong Oil Production Plant IIjoint stations in operation, and acceptance by the user, the system is running properlynow, the technology, performance indicators to meet the design requirements, throughthe feedback that the system operation has been relatively stable and secure, havebasically achieved the intended purpose, users good. The implementation of the system to improve the enterprise’s management level,so that natural gas production, supply, sales management automation; dynamic data inreal time so that oil production plant leadership to keep abreast of the field data, andthus more accurate production plans, optimal scheduling, improve productionefficiency.
