With the continuous deepening of reform and opening, various anti-China forces incollusion with internal divisions have created several disturbances, and social conflictsduring the reform process have increasingly become prominent. As a result, thepossibility of various group events is growing. In this case, the Armed Police Forceplays an important role in dealing with emergencies, maintaining social stability andother tasks. Critically, successfully completing the tasks assigned by the Party and thepeople is the work target of the Armed Police Force. However, at the same time, toensure its own security is the prerequisite to implement all kinds of tasks. Therefore,from the Armed Police headquarters to all levels of agencies and departments haveattached great importance to safety work, and developed a variety of detailed securityrequirements.From the requirements and instructions of the past work, it could be easily seenthat “staff” and “vehicle” are of great importance at all levels, and various work andmeasures are carried out appropriately. However, the methods and measures of weaponequipment management are limited. As the Chinese old saying” speed is precious inwar”, under the present regulations of weapon management, it is imminent to develop anew weapon equipment management system, with which not only could ensure tostrictly control weapons, but also facilitate the Armed Force to deal with variouscontingencies. In the respect of informatization construction, because of the late start,weak foundation and poor basis of the army, especially the Armed Police Force, theinformatization management of weapon equipment still remains in the initial stage. As amember of the Armed Police Force, particularly the staff of Armed Police College, theauthor has the responsibility to apply the knowledge to the informatization constructionand help to raise the battle effectiveness.In this thesis, based on the RFID technology, an efficient, fast and accurate weapon equipment management system will be built with ASP.NET. Through the RFIDidentification devices (installed in the door) with quick-scan and barrier-free readingfeatures, the system conducts non-contact and non-shielded scan on the storage ofweapon equipment, and the scanned data then pass through the network to theadministration host computer installed with this system. Based on the equipmentrequirements, the system carries out real-time consolidation, classification, statistics andstorage on the data afterwards. Ultimately, under the requirements of the administrator,the detailed data report for weapon equipment management is provided.The system also combines the intelligent fingerprint access control system andthree-tier network monitoring system presently applied in CAPF, as well as RFIDdevices widely used in foreign military. Under the compiling and debugging of theintegrated system, getting weapons into and out of the storehouse safely, quickly andeasily finally is realized.
