Radio frequency identification technology is a type of wireless, contactless auto identification technology. It has many advantages, such as great ability of anti-EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference), short recognizing time and high security of data. Therefore it is widely used in application to system of ticker service, to automobile management, to logistics management. And have got lots of successful experience in many fields all over the world.The paper discusses the development, the basic composing and theories of RFID, describes the principle of RFID system, simulates the system using Matlab/Simulink modeling and simulation at the RFID reader system, provides theoretical references for designing RFID.In the RFID system, the anti-collision algorithm is used to avoid the data collision resulted from the data transaction between the reader and more tags at the same time. In this paper, the binary tree based algorithm is analyzed in detail, and a new anti-collision algorithm is put forward. A simulation is established to achieve the simulation of the anti-collision algorithms. After analysis and comparison of the simulation results, the improved binary tree based algorithm reduces the communication bits largely that can enhance the efficiency of reading tags.At last the application of RFID in automobile identification is put forward, and discusses the software of RFID system. The paper achieves the data transmission; the system test in the application of RFID in automobile Identification is also completed. I use the Delphi7 to design communication software between the reader and the tag. The result shows that the design is correct and feasible. The main indicators achieve product requirements.
