As a part of school students work, school community have also made great achievements, not only the increasing number of community members, community organizations set also continue to improve, the school community also have more and more types. Those provide a great deal of inconvenience for the school community league, also because of the school has three campuses, the school community distributed in different campuses, how to manage all of the communities is an urgent problem for the Communist Youth League.Hunan Institute of Engineering currently has nearly30Student organizations, community members totally have several thousand people, member spread three school campuses, school Youth League is responsible for all of the community work: registration, activities application, approval of the venue, membership management, community activity monitoring, community information released, file management and community information inquiries, etc, league staff members have to spend a lot of time for the community information management, querying for the community information is time-consuming too, can not meet the needs of schools, how to manage all of the school community efficiently, that is very important for applying better service for students, get school community and students together, promote the further development of the school community building.The system describes the campus community network platform requirements, design and implementation, first inspect the activities of various communities in Hunan institute of engineering, and learn the process of community activities, and get the requirements of school community’s work, access to relevant information on school community management, and record the information of community activities applications, information format, learn more about the management of school community, and then based on the requirement, make the function design about the management process of community, including applications for registration, membership management, information dissemination and other functions, and design the database of the system, and finally achieve the network management platform, introduce the corealgorithm and key code, after the achievement, test the system. The platform ultimately achieves the function of community management ofHuman institute of engineering, such as the school community to apply for registration,membership management information dissemination and other functions, student caninquiry community information easily and through BBS system communicate with eachother, enable students and student associations exchange information with each other,achieve community management standardization, information technology, efficiency. Community management platform basically meet the needs of students and theYouth League, achieves standardized management of school community, staff canrelease from the heavy work, at the same time, school leaders can makecommunity-building, management supervision, provides suggestions for the next schoolcommunity work.
