In recent years, with the development of Cloud Computing, Internet of Things and other frontier theories of IT, more and more theories are used in the manufacturing sector, combined with current status of manufacturing sector, such as high waste with low ineffectiveness, irrational use of industrial resource. The cloud manufacturing theory, which expands the idea of "software is the service" and proposes the idea of "manufacture-as-a-service", will develop manufacturing service into a major component of service industry. As a new industrial model, cloud manufacturing improves production efficiency and reduces the cost of production and distribution by using of our extensive network and using resource efficiently. It is conducive to the sustainable development of China’s manufacturing industry.In this paper, the author designs a management system of manufacturing equipment resource based on Cloud Manufacturing, which combines the actual machines with simulation workshops. First, the paper analyzes the mind of Cloud Manufacturing and proposed the architecture of Cloud Manufacturing and the management system. In addition, sensor module and information transfer module are introduced. These sensor modules are mainly used to monitor pressure, temperature, the X-axis travel position and the feed speed, Y-axis travel position and feed speed Z-axis stroke position and the feed speed parameters and so on. What’s more, the author designs the database and sets up the development environment by the framework of SSH, which is the most popular framework of web platform. Then the system is divided into the following modules:user management module, equipment resource monitoring module, manufacturing tasks matching module, task scheduling module.On the base of the system modules, the paper focuses on the encapsulation and release of equipment resources. Firstly, the author analyze the architecture of Web Service, combined with the concept of cloud computing system, and define the equipment resource service according to the actual and simulated equipment resources. Secondly, this paper develops the model of Web Service and deploys the manufacturing resource based on Axis2technology. Finally, the client system is designed and finished based on cross-platform calling for these services.The manufacturing equipment resource management system can share the equipment resources effectively through the release of equipment resource services. It makes the cloud manufacturing come true that client can search, match, monitor equipment resources through the system.
