The monitoring system is an important component of the PV system, being of great significance to the PV inverter running safe and reliable and efficient.In this paper carrying out the following aspects:(1) Achieve the on-site monitoring system of PV inverter. By VC++development tool, the serial data are received and transmitted using the CComm controls, and the valid data of PV inverter are stored in the data tables created by Access database management system, and use the ADO database access to complete the valid data read and stored.(2) Achieve the network monitoring of PV inverter based Web. the valid data are transmitted and received in the net by the GPRS technology. The static portion of Web page is complete using HTML script language. The event of button in response and handing, form, simple animations and frames, as mentioned above, are completed using JS language. The function of real-time curve displaying in the Web is achieved by the Fushioncharts component. The network data are received and transmitted by the port listening of CSocket programming..XML is as the interface between the front page and back data sever completing the web data read and display.(3) Integrating the various function modules of on-site monitoring system, make it a complete system. At the same time, the initial integration of the background WEB network monitoring, and conducted a simple experiment debugging. The experiments show that the communication of this system is good, and it is significant to operation and maintenance of PV power plants.
