As the wide spread of information technology and the continuous development ofE-commercial, the logistic has not only realized the rapid transformation from tradition tomodern, and it is also promoted to a level that never has been reached. The importance andstrategic status of the logistic in the development of economy is becoming more and moresignificant. It is the definite trend of the logistic development to realize the sharing andnetworking through the combination between information technology and E-commercial. Now,more and more corporation enterprises of large scale are establishing the new logisticdistribution system which can satisfy the demands of the markets.This paper, based on the current condition of the logistic distribution of tobacco endproducts, analyzed the end products distribution characteristics of tobacco industry enterprises.Under the premise of satisfying the market demanding, this paper designed the logisticscheduling system for the end products of tobacco industry enterprise, focusing on the deepresearch of vehicle scheduling issues and logistic-in-one-city. On the aspect of vehiclescheduling issue, the author established the basic model for vehicle scheduling and used theheuristic algorithm to solve the model, formed an efficient vehicle distribution scheme andrunning line. On the aspect of logistic-in-one-city, the author put forward the theory of thetobacco logistic-in-one-city and established the sub-system of logistic-in-one-city, solved theproblem of the distribution in one province for the tobacco industry enterprises. The research ofthis paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)This paper, based on the loading condition of the vehicle, divided the tobaccodistribution tasks into vehicle full load and vehicle non full load two conditions according to thecharacteristics of the tobacco logistic vehicle scheduling. Based on this, the author carried outdeep research on the searching of the vehicle line. On the condition of non full loading, itadopted the simulated annealing algorithm to carry out the line searching; on the condition offull loading condition, it adopted the Dijkstra algorithm to carry out the line searching. (2) According to the new demand of the tobacco delivery inside the province, this paperput forward the theory of logistic in the same city creatively. The tobacco logistic in one cityrefers to that the industry company directly deliver the tobacco to the delivery live of thebusiness company, instead of the warehouse for the tobacco storage, realizing the on linedistribution of the part of the tobacco. The design meets the process of the logistic in one city ofthe tobacco industry company and sets the relative parameters for the logistic in one city.(3) This paper carries out the design and operation of the end products logistic schedulingplatform for tobacco enterprises according to the characteristics of tobacco industry enterprisesend products logistics, including the frame design, function module design and function displayof the platform.The vehicle distribution model and logistic-in-one-city researched by this paper has beenverified in the logistic system of China Tobacco Shandong Industry Co., Ltd, greatly improvedthe logistic distribution efficiency, saved the end products and brings economic andmanagement benefit to the enterprise.
