As an important part of electric commerce , logistic plays a very important role in the purchase of enterprises, the manufacture, management and currency. It is well known as"the 3rd headspring of gain"in the community and the development of the enterprises. At the same time, it is named as the final means to reduce cost in the 21st century. In kinds of the optimum problems of logistic , the vehicle routing problem with time window has been focused in the area because of its enormous benefit since it was proposed . In the last forty years , it has a great development.According to the logistic environment of the large-scaled commercial enterprises, this paper gives a means to solve the vehicle routing optimum problems with time window, which involve many vehicles and many kinds of goods sent by the management center. An improved genetic algorithm is adopted in research and application of the vehicle routing problems with time window. The article proposes a coding scheme and modeling process. Base on the characteristic of the commercial enterprises, the optimization algorithm had been improved, so that the algorithm runs efficiently.In the final, the author programmed a comparatively integrated logistic optimum archetypal system with Delphi and SQL Server2000. By analyzing several the examples, the system shows a satisfactory result. The studies offer a kind of efficient, secure and convenient archetypal system to the logistic management in the large-scaled commercial enterprises.
