The rapid development of information technology and fierce competition force enterprises to constantly improve the management methods based on information technology. Various enterprises have done abundant work in order to improve their management efficiency. The rapid development of Internet-of-Things technology brings great opportunities. How to effectively apply Internet-of-Things technology to enterprise production and management decision has become one of the focus points of current research. In this thesis, Smart Factory System is designed to provide enterprise with a reasonable solution and to improve the management efficiency.In this thesis, a customized Smart Factory System is developed for the enterprise. This system is developed on J2EE platform, using SSH framework and Oracle database. RFID technology is also involved for enterprise production and management decision. In addition, an overview of the overall design and functionality is described. The system can be divided into four modules according to diverse function, access management, staff management, smart inspection and storage management.The Binary Anti-collision Algorithm is introduced in this thesis, including the encoding type and the principles of the series of Binary Search Algorithms. This thesis introduces an anti-collision algorithm called16-bit Random Number-based Query Tree Algorithm. The introduction not only describes the principles and advantages of this algorithm, but also involves its shortages. The significant increasing of the number of tags within the system will reduce the identification efficiency. In addition, an improved algorithm is introduced to overcome this shortage. The principles and advantages of this improved algorithm are also introduced. Application of this improved algorithm helps to deal with RFID system of any number of tags, without any capacity limits.Smart Factory System provides a platform including all the information of the staff and productions for the enterprise. Moreover, permission to access control management module is involved in this system, which would enhance the security of the whole system.At present, the system has been installed for the enterprise and running in generally good condition. The system facilitates the enterprise management and improves the operation efficiency at a certain extent. Furthermore, on Research Exhibition of Shandong Province held in June2011at Jinan City, the Smart Factory System had been put on exhibition. The system received widespread attention during the exhibition.
