Along with the development of lighting system, the LED light emitting diode becomethe hot topic with its characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection in thelighting and display areas. However the LED display module is composed by several LEDlight emitting diodes, because of the LED’s light give out through the surface of the chip,but it is impossible to ask for every LED’s brightness completely consistent. Therefore, thebrightness of the diodes with the same batch product are not uniform, which eventuallymake the LED display module appears the phenomenon of the dirty screen. According tothe phenomenon, many scholars have made researches, these scholars mainly aimed at theLEDs’ characteristics, such as aimed at the relationship between luminous intensity of theLED and wavelengths of light which to shine on the homogeneity LED on the adjustment.Still can use the technology of the brightness adjustment, adjust the LED displaybrightness uniformity. But the light-emitting diodes(leds) which after these technologytreatment composed of LED display module of the luminous intensity not even. Thereforethe article put forward another correction method to the LED display module brightnessnot even.This method is mainly aimed at the research of LED light emitting diodes assemblyAngle. The LED light emitting diodes assembly Angle refers to in welding LED displaymodule, each LED light emitting diode’s deflection Angle. For the testing process, thispaper first make use of binary and template matching image processing algorithms tolocate the LED light’s position. Second use the principle of lightspot detection to find outall LED light emitting diode the brightest position. Next to use of the Matlab simulationLED light emitting diode can see all the most brightness light body. Finally, find out theposition of the brightest lights of the light. Use of the relationship between distance andAngle, divert distances into Angle degrees, and then through calculation step motorrotation Angles, calculate the assembly point of the light.
