The Construction Of University Students' Knowledge Management Support System Research

In today’s society, rapid economic development makes knowledge become an important asset for individuals and organizations. Maximum use of knowledge has become the key to victory, which has prompted people to manage knowledge. Knowledge management is the knowledge storage, access, sharing, and application process; ultimately achieve the knowledge innovation purpose. Through the knowledge management, can improve personal quality and competitiveness, in the fierce society benefit individuals, the organizations gain the driving force for sustainable development. University students are knowledge intensive group, knowledge is the core resource. They carry on knowledge management, can promote the personal knowledge extension ability, raise the advantage of the knowledge structure, to make them gain greater development.In the first chapter of this article from two aspects of theory and application, analyzing the domestic and foreign knowledge management present situation, and the problems existing in the management of college students’knowledge, at the same time show the goals of knowledge management. In the second chapter of this article, discusses the knowledge management basic theories, and the concept of knowledge management. On the knowledge management theory, the conversion of knowledge, social constructivism, six degrees of separation are explainedThe study of college students has the characteristics that learning is diversity, knowledge itself is complicated, and more emphasis on the subjective initiative. In this article, according to the research results on the knowledge of OECD organization and Poland, by analyzing the college students’knowledge structure, we think that college students’personal knowledge is mainly divided into several aspects which include the personal knowledge, the interest knowledge, the professional knowledge, the communication and interpersonal relationship knowledge, the philosophy knowledge and the knowledge about the time. In the rapid development of information technology under the premise, in this article, have introduced some supporting technologies, such as knowledge acquisition, text classification technology, data-base technology, knowledge search technology, network technology. In the third chapter of the second part, cards college students’knowledge management feasibility review. Based on knowledge management process, we have brought up an idea about the college student knowledge management model.Based on the study of knowledge management of university students, in the fourth chapter of this article, following the principle of system design, we have designed the college students’ knowledge management system and planed the support system modules, include the authentication module, personal knowledge management and knowledge sharing module. And based on web technology, we preliminary realize the function of college students’knowledge management support system.
