Xyz Colleges And Universities Internal Control Study

Higher education internal control system is imperfect and the resulting problems, which has caused widespread concern from home and abroad, experts and scholars continue to explore and improve the theory and practice of the Higher education internal control mechanisms and want to find countermeasures. However, most of the domestic research on colleges and universities’ internal control is too overall perspective; much too theoretical and actual operability is not strong enough. Due to lack of control laws and regulations specifically for colleges and universities internal guidance, the ways colleges and universities combined with their own situation used to develop internal control system is not sound. Therefore, this article will combine with our institutions of higher education’s learning control theory and practice as research objects, to conduct a more systematic study in order to improve the internal control of China’s colleges and universities, to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of colleges and universities teaching, research and management.The article studies the Internal control’s relevant theory and the characteristics of an institution of higher education learning, based on a specific study of a University Internal Control, and provide a reference for the construction of the Inner Control. XYZ High school’s internal control problems is analyzed, XYZ colleges and universities want to build the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and supervision of the internal control framework, to build XYZ Higher education’s internal control implementation of safeguards.
