As the Internet, digitalization and communication continue to progress, new mediaappear in daily life. The media environment is experiencing great changes. The integrationof traditional media and new media makes human communication turn to a new age---allmedia age. In the whole media age, the new media like Internet, mobile media, digitaltelevision, etc, not only poses new challenge to traditional media, but also bringsopportunities for traditional media to start the restructuring strategy. New media andtraditional media complement each other through mutual integration and together news andinformation on existing resources, audience and media resources for effective integration ofresources to achieve an efficient flow of information, sharing and re-configuration.Under the background of medium fusion, the news report activity has made anearth-shaking change. As the enhancement of public attention to sports activity, the needsof the sports news also continues to increase, the large sports competitions become themain content of the media reports. As the most important sports activities in Asian, theAsian games provide a great opportunity for the traditional media practice to "all media".During the Asian games in Guangzhou in2010, many media show "all media" slogan.They use text, picture, audio and video, Internet, mobile phone news, the mobile phone TVand other media forms, present the splendor of the Asian games in time to the audience.Different from the traditional news reports mode, the all media reports mode inGuangzhou Asian games showed its advantages and charm, but at the same time there aremany problems and shortage. This paper uses the method of literature, logic analysis andexpert interview, takes the southern metropolis newspaper as an example, in order to studyon the new characteristics and communication mode of reporting in the Asian games. Theyshould raise the awareness of all media transformation, enhance competitive differentiationand improve relevant laws and regulations, so as to promote the maturity and perfection ofall media reports in large scale sport events.
