Inthe"12th Five-Year Plan", the country still revitalizing the nation throughscience and education to the strategy and strategy of talent powerful nation.Compulsory education is a basic education in China, Vigorously developChina’s compulsory education on the science of the new national strategy andthis strategy has important significance.In recent years, GuangXi Autonomous Region’s economy has made rapiddevelopment, People’s living standards further improved, but, throughout thefield of compulsory education, In particular, the development of ruralcompulsory education, but there are many problems. Rural compulsoryeducation in building a moderately prosperous society play an important rolein basic, guiding and overall.However, due to a long time by the impact ofChina’s dual economic structure, the development of rural compulsoryeducation in GuangXi is relatively backward, Long-term, there is less than thetotal public expenditure on education, the structure is irrational, inefficientand other issues, a serious impact on the construction of the well-off societyin GuangXi and livelihood projects to achieve.Based on the perspective of people’s livelihood to analysis the financialexpenditure of compulsory education in rural areas in GuangXi.That can bedivided into five parts:The first part, Introduction. Described the cause and significance of thetopics, Focuses on the research results at home and abroad to develop the content and methods, and defining the concept.The second part of the meaning that the financial expenditure of ruralcompulsory education, Analysis of factors affecting the financial expenditureof compulsory education in rural areas, as defined in the structure offinancial expenditure of rural compulsory education, livelihood point of viewto evaluate and optimize the structure of fiscal expenditure.The third part, Literature method, analysis of the status of the financialexpenditure of compulsory education in rural areas in GuangXi.
