With entering the21century,the economic development of our country has made remarkable achievements,the role of the professional women can not be ignored.The magazine 《Economists》 recent survy found that,the proportion of professional women in china is so large, which have reach to70%,higher than other countries. However, is this group which involving137million population, make great contributions to society and family,recent related investigation found that their quality of working life were not optimistic,from the standpoint of career development,it would seriously affect their job performance.Based on this,our study took professional women as participants,discussed their characteristics in quality of working life, achievement motivation,job performance and the relationship among them.Our goals were to provide theory help for the government to formulate policy of female employee,for the enterprise to develop female human resource management problems effectively,for individuals to adjust their quality of working life problem.Through analysised the related literature at home and abroad,we found that at present,the study obout quality of working life of professional women was very little,maily focus on the women role conflict,organization citizenship behavior aspects.This paper assume:quality of working life as the material and spiritual satisfactory incentive index for enterprise to staff,could affected the employee’s achievement motivation,and the achievement motivation would led to the change of job performance.Therefore,this paper believed that achievement motivation played the mediation role between quality of working life and job performance.At present,for the ralationship of them,some scholars studyed the relationship from achievement motivation and job performance aspect,some scholars from the quality of working life and job performance aspect,but because of the influence on time,space, participants,study method,they have not drawed the same conclusion.By the method of random sampling,this study used women of different age stages, different characteristics of the enterprise,different profession (such as teachers, doctors, financial professionals), different monthly income for participants.Through analysised the392valid questionnaires by SPSS13.0and LISREL8.70,we drawed the following conclusions:(1) The scales in this research had good reliability and validity,they were suitable for the professional women.(2) Different age,type of enterprise,profession and income had significant differences in professional women’s quality of working life,achievement motivation job performance and their dimensions, except age on organization enviroment, vocation on interpersonal facilitation.(3)There were significant positive relationship among quality of working life, achievement motivation, job performance and their dimensions.(4)Three dimensions of quality of working life had positive influence on achievement motication and job performance;Two dimensions of achievement motivation had influence on job performance.(5)Achievement motivation played the mediation role between three dimensions of quality of working life and job performance.Achievement motivation played the partially mediation role between task and job performance;achievement motivation played the fully mediation role between organization enviroment and job performance; achievement motivation played the fully mediation role between social-psychology and job performance.
