| Chronic kidney disease is a general term for diseases of kidney damage due to many factors,its incidence is increasing year by year,has become one of the major diseases threatening human health, in our country, the low rate and high incidence rate of CKD cause patients can not be treated timely, in order to delay the best time for treatment.It must rely on renal replacement therapy if enter end-stage renal disease,but the treatment is expensive, resulting in huge economic burden to the family and society.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the syndrome, clinical studies and animal experiments for many years, proved that TCM has certain advantages in improving the clinical symptoms, improve patient quality of life, and plays an important role in the progression of chronic renal disease delay.This thesis is divided into two parts: literature review and clinical research.The1iterature review consists of two parts: the first chapter "the knowledge and research of Traditional Chinese medicine on the progression of CKD",mainly from the disease name,etiology and pathogenesis of understanding, syndrome differentiation and treatment aspects.The second chapter " modern medicine for chronic kidney discase research progress",mainly discusses the definition and the classification, epidemiology, renal fibrosis formation mechanism and treatment.The clinical research section, it is a clinical observation of tonifying kidney and diselling dampness as well as cooling and activating blood circulation on patiepnts who were all in CKD stage3-4. Objective: By observing the changes of the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral and renal funct ion, this thesis is to assess the clinical efficacy of the method of tonifying kidney and diselling dampness as well as cooling and activat ing blood circulat ion on patiepnts with syndrome of kidney deficiency, blood stasis and dampness stagnation of chronic kidney disease stage3-4. Methods: In this study, the author of this thesis selects60patients who were all in CKD stage3-4as well as with syndrome of kidney deficiency, blood stasis and dampness stagnation and randomly divides them into two groups, the number of each30. The treatment group is given the western basic treatment plus TCM treatment of tonifying kidncyand dispel1ing dampness as well as cooling and activating blood circulation. The control group is only given the western basic treatment. The treatment period of the two groups is both6months in order to observe the changes of the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral and renal function. Results:1.Total clinical efficiency: the treatment group is80%and the control group is40%. The two set of comprehensive therapeutic effect is different (P＜0.05) and the treatment group is better than the control group.2. TCM syndrome efficiency:the treatment group is93.3%and the control group is46.7%. The two set of comprehensive therapeutic effect is different (P＜0.05) and the treatment group is better than the control group.3. Renal function efficiency:in both two groups, Cr are higher than before, while eGFR is lower, with comprehensive difference (P＜0.05).There are significant differences in Cr and eGFR changes after treatment between two groups (P＜0.05) and the treatment group is better than the control group in delaying the progress of renal function.4. TCM syndrome total integral:in both two groups,TCM syndrome total integral is different from before (P＜0.05). The two set of comprehens ive therapeutic effect is different (P＜0.05) and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome.Conclusion:The method of tonifying kidney and dispelling dampness as well as cooling and activating blood circulation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients who were all in CKD stage3-4as well as with syndrome of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and dampness stagnation. At the same time, it can slow down the progress of renal function and thus delaying the time of ESRD. |
