| Objective:To explore the essential hypertension and coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris (SAP) underwent revascularization in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease and multiple risk without revascularization treatment in patients with the factors and endothelial flow mediated dilation (hereinafter referred to as the function of vascular endothelial cells Flow-mediated vasodilation FMD) characteristics, and summarize its regularity. To observe the effect of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method on risk factors in patients with SAP of deficiency of Qi and blood stasis and its protective effect on endothelial function.Methods:from2011November to2013January visit to cardiovascular department of internal medicine of Dongzhimen hospital in12patients with primary hypertension, they or merge the abnormal metabolism of lipid and glucose metabolism (referred to as the hypertension group),74cases of SAP patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.74cases of SAP patients according to the visiting sequence is divided into basic treatment of Western medicine plus Yiqi Huoxue group (treatment group) and Western medicine treatment group (control group). To strictly control the risk factors of hypertension, for example,antihypertensive, lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic therapy. The treatment group and control group were given secondary prevention of coronary heart disease,the treatment group was treated with Naoxintong capsule based on secondary prevention of coronary heart disease (Xianyang Buchang pharmaceutical) on4capsules,3times daily, orally; control group on the basis of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule (Tianjin Wang Ren Tang Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd.)6capsules,2times daily, orally, for12weeks during the observation period, control group to avoid the use of Yiqi Chinese herb or proprietary Chinese medicine. Observed in patients with blood lipid, blood pressure, blood glucose levels before and after treatment, variation of high sensitive C reactive protein, platelet aggregation rate and FMD index.Result:1The FMD of hypertension group is greater than SAP revascularization is greater than SAP without revascularization, there was a significant difference (P<0.05), without revascularization group and hypertension group before treatment were significantly higher than those of LDL-C does not meet the revascularization group (P<0.05);274cases of SAP patients with first visited FMD were normal in20cases, accounting for about27%of the total;3The SAP before treatment in patients with FMD and high sensitive C reactive protein, platelet aggregation, FPG, HDL-C, LDL-C, TC multiple linear regression analysis, FMD and platelet aggregation, the negative correlation between LDL-C, the regression equation is:FMD (%)=9.642-0.225platelet aggregation of-1.385low density lipoprotein;4In the treatment group and control group after treatment, the condition of angina pectoris were improved (P<0.05), the treatment group after treatment compared with before treatment of TCM symptoms improved significantly (P<0.05), the treatment group and the control group after treatment than before treatment FMD increased the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the two groups no significant differences (P>0.05);5In the treatment group and control group after treatment, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose rate than before treatment had no obvious improvement (P>0.05), platelet aggregation was increased compared with that before treatment after treatment in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1Yiqi Huoxue therapy can improve the SAP of patients with angina pectoris symptoms and TCM syndrome;2Yiqi Huoxue treatment can reduce the platelet aggregation, improve the function of patients with FMD;3The vast majority of patients with blood lipid, blood glucose and low control rate, improve the control rate of blood lipid, blood glucose and so on, FMD may recover better. |
