Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the massage technique for stroke hemiplegia, the massage technique treatment for stroke hemiplegia was revealed muscle tone change mechanism, with the analysis of functional brain imaging (fMRI), its locus in brain function restore, to illustrate the massage technique to improve the mechanism of stroke in patients with dystonia. Methods:Cases included in this study,6cases of ischemic stroke patients, on the left side of the limb dystonia, all patients were click Hegu acupoint treatment for5minutes,1times a day, the set time is14days. Into the group of cases, respectively, in the massage technique before and after the treatment function of resonance inspections on day14, collected twice as data structure and function. Before into the treatment group, the group of14days respectively after conducting clinical neural function assessment scale information acquisition, main observation indexes including:improved Asworth, NIHSS and out the rating, MI limb function assessment for patients before and after treatment, and for massage technique to improve the curative effect of stroke limb dystonia. Using fMRI to all of the patients were observed, in order to make clear massage technique dystonia improvement mechanism in patients with ischemic s troke. Results:Function after stroke patients in a click Hegu acupoint imaging contrast after activation area include:the right side of the active region of the cerebral cortex include:the right side of the edge (BA40) last time, right beside the central lobe (BA4), on the right side of the (BA6), right superior temporal gyrus, precentral gyrus (BA48), right inferior frontal gyrus (BA44), right superior temporal gyrus (BA20), back in the right temporal (BA21), frontal (BA8) on the right side, right side (BA23) of cingulated gyrus, right frontal lobe(BA44), on the right side of the central (BA3), to return to the right angular gyrus (BA40). Right edge activation area include:the right parahippocampal gyrus (BA37), cingulate (BA23) on the right side, right side of the calcarine sulcus (BA19), on the right side of the thalamus, the right side of the island. Right cerebellum activation area include:on the right side of the cerebellar vermis, right caudate head. The left side of the brain cortex activation areas include:on the left side of the temporal gyrus (BA37) the (BA6), the left precentral gyrus and the left central (BA2), on the left to return to the central (BA3), on the left to return to the precuneus (BA7). The left cerebellum activation area include:on the left side of the cerebellar peduncle (BA18), the left cerebellum (BA19), cerebellar vermis. The left edge of the active region including:on the left side of the hippocampus, the left thalamus, the left cingulate gyrus (BA24).Conclusion:1. Click Hegu acupoint improvement of upper extremities muscle tension, and click on the technique through the meridians of motivating senior central nervous muscle tone regulation function.2. The function of image contrast shows the massage treatment after the cerebral cortex, bilateral cerebellum, edge is a different degree of activation, it has to do with brain damage after brain compensatory function is to have a certain correlation, the reshaping of the brain function and restructuring ability should be improve upper limb muscle tension side limb of the main mechanisms.
