Pain By Stasis Soup Flavored Body Is Given Priority To Observe Clinical Curative Effect Of Comprehensive Therapy To Treat Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Purpose：To summarize the clinical therapeutic effect of comprehensivetreatment which taken modified ShentongZhuyu decoction as the dominant factoron treating＂blood stasis type＂ lumbar disc herniation．To explore themechanism of comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation and afford basisfor clinical treatment．Material and method：A total of71patients were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group．Patients in treatment group were treatedwith modified ShentongZhuyu decoction orally taken combined with tractionfor lumbar spine，ZhiTong Powder external application and TDP photo-radiation.Patients in control group were treated with loxoprofen sodium orally taken，traction for lumbar spine，ZhiTong Powder external application cooperatedwith TDP photo-radiation．All the patients were required to keep bed rest andbegin functional exercise when the pain was relieved．The therapeutic effectof two groups were observed after three weeks.Results：The clinical results were evaluated according to JOA Score．Intreatment group，8were excellent，20were good，4were fair and4were poor．Incontrol group，5cases were rated as excellent，19as good，4as fair and7werepoor．There was no significant difference in the recent therapeutic effectbetween two groups(P>0.05)．All the patients were followed up for six months.Long term effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：The comprehensive therapy has evident efficacy on treating＂blood stasis type＂lumbar disc herniation.
