Sijunzi Decoction In Prevention And Treatment Of Copd Noninvasive Ventilation Treatment Abdominal Distension And Improve Clinical Curative Effect Of Study

Objective:To observe the clinical study of si junzi tang on COPD after NPPV, complicated by abdominal distension.Methods:45COPD patients choose from our hospital in September2008to June2011, were randomly divided into three groups, each group of15cases. Group A to the modified decoction of sijunzi tang and combined with conventional treatment, Group B to the hot compress on the abdomen and combined with conventional treatment, Group C to the conventional treatment, the treatment lasted for two weeks. Record the incidence of complications of abdominal distension, vomiting and aspiration. PIP, Pplat, the time of PIC window, and the time of mechanical ventilation. The date of occurrences before the mechanical ventilation and pulmonary infection control window (PIC window) appears, including RR, HR, pH, PaO2, PaCO2, PaO2/FiO2; clinical symptoms, signs points.Results:Group A after treatment, frequency of abdomina] distention, abdominal circumference growth lot than B, and C were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with PIP, Pplat, PIC window, mechanical venti lation time, Group A decrease more than in B and C (P<0.05). After the treatment, all of3groups were statistically significant (p<0.05) on circulation, respiration and blood gas. Only in group A after treatment body tired fatigue, eat less anorexia than before improved more significantly (p <0.05). Group A after treatment nature of sputum and difficulty of expectoration than B, and C group improved more significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sijunzi tang with NPPV on COPD patients does reduced the bloating occurs, decreased the growth of abdominal circumference, lowered PIP, Pplat, shortened the PIC window appeared time and duration of mechanical ventilation, improved the lung spleen deficiency symptoms, promoted the capacity of expectoration and the nature of sputum, compared with conventional treatment and hot compress on the abdomen treatment, using si junzi tang can be more effective in order to control the disease as soon as possible.
