Using Jian Wang, A Professor Of Educational Intelligent Soup Treatment Of Vascular Dementia (kidney And Phlegm Stasis Type) Of Clinical Research

Objective：To make objective evaluation of clinical efficacy, long-termefficacy and safety of Yizhicongming Soup treatment of vascular dementia（Kidneydeficiency，phlegm and blood stasis type）.Method：30patients who were selected by inclusion criteria were randomlydivided into treatment group15cases,15cases of the control group. The controlgroup was given0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection250ml+Shuxuening injection20mlonce daily by intravenous infusion;0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection250ml+Oxiracetam injection4.0g once daily by intravenous infusion; AspirinEnteric-coated tablets100mg once daily by oral,the treatment group on the basisof the control group was added Yizhicongming soup. The study was observed2course of treatment, dduring treatment, other drugs to terat vascular dementiawere stopped.3months after the group, using the Barthel index were followedup to observe the long-term efficacy of Yizhicongming soup.Results：1The efficacy of two group was compared, the total effective rate in thetreatment group was80%in the control group total effective rate was46.7%,with significant differences (P <0.05).2. MMSE points in two groups after treatment have significantly improved thanbefore treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05), orientation to improve significantly. Before and after treatmenthad a significant improvement in Barthel index,and better than the control group(P <0.05).In TCM syndrome score,they also had a significant differences(P <0.01)3.The long-term efficacy in two groups had a a significant differences,thetreatment group than the controlgroup.（P＜0.05）4. During the treatment,there was no significant adverse reactions,it is safe and reliable.Conclusion：1. Yizhicongming soup treatment of vascular dementia (Kidney deficiency，phlegmand blood stasis type) on clinical efficacy and long-term effect is significantand superior to the control group2. During the treatment,there was no significant adverse reactions,it is safeand reliable.
