| Objectives:To study the clinical effect and influence on humoral immunity of auricular seed-pressing therapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris (wind-heat syndrome). And providing an important theory basis for clinical treatment of acne vulgaris, so as to promote a new approach for the treatment of ance.Improving clinical effect of the TCM in treating ance.Methods:100acne vulgaris (wind-heat syndrome) patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group(auricular seed-pressing therapy and Sanpi Xiaocuo Tang) and control group(Sanpi Xiaocuo Tang), and20healthy adults enrolled as normal control group. The humoral immunity levels (IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4) of the three groups above were detected before and after treatment, And evaluating the curative effect of auricular seed-pressing therapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris (wind-heat syndrome) according to the judgment criteria. Results:Compared with the healthy human, the ance patients had statistical significance in the body fluid immunity indexes IgG, C3and C4before treatment(P<0.05),while C3, C4had statistical significance after treatment(P<0.05). Between the treatment group and the control group, the humoral immunity indexes had no statistical significance before and after treatment (P>0.05). Between the treatment group and the control group, only IgG had statistical significance before and after treatment(P<0.05),while the other indexes had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The various integral of the treatment group and the control group had no statistical significance before treatment (P>0.05). The integral of the secondary symptom had statistical significance after treatment between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05),while the total integral and main symptoms integral had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The comprehensive effect, cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate and the total effective rate of two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05), while cure rate had statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:Auricular seed-pressing therapy in Sanpi Xiaocuo Tang and herpes Sanpi Xiaocuo Tang on acne vulgaris (wind-heat syndrome) in patients with IgG had positive moderating effect, and restore normal levels. Acne vulgaris (wind-heat syndrome) patients in the presence of humoral immune regulation disorder, IgG, C3,C4may be involved in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris. The curative effect of two groups had no statistical significant. However, the cured rate of the treatment group was superior to the control group, cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group had no obvious advantage over the control group. Auricular acupoint pressing as a means of adjuvant therapy can be praticed in the treatment of acne vulgaris. |
