Druce’s production processing, and put forward the scientific basis of reference to realize the standardization of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce’s production and processing.Methods:1. Choose the quality of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce evaluation index, and water extract, alcohol extract, total ash, polysaccharide contents are the determination according to the pharmacopoeia of2010version.2. Select the best optimal combination of the Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce’s origin processing, collect Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce’s origin processing method, compares the difference,to keep the right way,abandon the unbefitting way.3. Optimization the drying process of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce’s origin processing, and parallel compared the influence on the quality of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce of dry method,40℃drying method,50℃drying method,60℃drying method,70℃drying method, and80℃drying method, and choose the best drying method by the integrated method of weighted score. 4. Investigation the knead sugar process’utility and principle of traditional processing method, and compare the difference between knead sugar group and the blank group in character, the drying rate, extract and polysaccharide.5. Optimization the softening process of TCM decoction pieces’ processing, and choose the best combination by orthogonal experiment of A:adding water multiples, B:soak time, C:stuffy time.6. Choose the best piece of type by investigation the quality differences of three TCM decoction pieces of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce’s which are the section, the horizontal slice, and longitudinal pieces.7. Discusse the feasibility of the integration processing of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce, and compare the quality difference between integration processing and step-by-step processing.Results:1. Optimization selected the process line of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce s origin processing:1) Sun-dried method:bask in blank (1or2days) for the first, wave and hit (Remove they and sediment for3to5days, and once a day and15to20minutes for each time) for the second, bask (30%to40%of weightlessness) in soft for the third, knead sugar for the fourth, sunning and rubbing repeatedly (2or3times), and sun-dried for the last.2) Drying method:baking blank (1day) for the first, wave and hi t (Remove they and sedi ment for3to5days, and once a day and15 to20minutes for each time) for the second, baking soft (30%to40%of weightlessness) for the third, knead sugar for the fourth, baking and rubbing repeatedly (2or3times), and drying for the last. Eliminated washing processes and remove fibre operation in the pharmacopoeia’ s processing, and keep knead sugar processes in traditional the processing method.2.50℃drying method isthebest drying method.3. The discussion of special process further proof that "knead sugar" process can improve the dry rate, extract and polysaccharide, and have a statistically significant.4. Yinpian processing program is certainly:softening (adding water-for-pile of stuffy)-slice and drying (50℃).The best technical parameters is A2B3C1of softening method which is water added1times for medi cinal materials weight, immerse24hours for first, and the pile of stuffy2hours. The best piece of the three common type TCM decoction pieces of Polygonatum odoratum(MHL) Dntce is longitudinal pieces.5. Preliminary exploration the feasibility of the integration processing for Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce’s origin processing and TCM decoction pieces’ processing, and the index of integration processing is better than step-by-step processing except the traits.The integration of the program determi nes the processi ng for:wash baked and blank (50℃,1d)-the machine turned into (3-5d they go, one a day, each time15-20min.)-the soft (50℃) and knead sugar, baking, rubbing repeatedly (2-3times)-slice (weightlessness about50%) and drying (50℃).
